We will see both plan managed and self managed NDIS clients at Bayside Adult Speech Pathology.

You may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan. This plan allows you to access 5 subsidised speech pathology sessions per year.

​A written plan is required from your GP in order to access this rebate. 

​Please note a gap fee is still charged so you will have some out of pocket expenses.

Depending on your health fund, and level of cover, you may be eligible to claim a rebate when accessing speech pathology services.

Please consult directly with your health fund to determine your eligibility and rebate amount. 

​To claim your rebate, simply present your invoice to your health fund. They will reimburse your rebate to your nominated bank account. 

You may be able to access your DVA entitlements for speech pathology services depending on the level of cover provided.

If you are on a Level 3 or Level 4 Home Care Package, you may be able to pay for speech pathology services through your package provider.
